When I Receive Your Form

I will call you to go over it, review ways to get you the most favorable tax position, and arrange to do your returns.

I shall need all necessary supporting documentation so I may do the best job for you. When I speak with you, I shall let you know what information you will need to mail or fax me. I shall also require a copy of your 2006 tax returns to be sure nothing is overlooked.

I shall be relying on the above tax matters information, our telephone discussions, and your supporting documentation to prepare your tax returns.

Tax Preparation Fees

My tax preparation fees depend on the complexity of your tax returns. A personal Federal return ranges from $75.00 to $150.00. A personal State return is $50.00, and a business return may range from $250.00 to $500.00 depending on the complexity of the business's finances.

I shall give you a firm price when I speak with you on the telephone. You may decide at that time whether you wish me to prepare your returns. You are under no obligation to have me do your tax work, even if you send me this "Tax Information Form."

The final decision is up to you. I shall not do any tax work until you give me the go-ahead.

If I do your tax work, please send me a check payable to "Affordable Business Services Inc" at the time you mail me your supporting documentation.

I shall return your completed signed tax returns by overnight mail at no cost to you.
